We are pleased to have you join us as a Major Sponsor or Exhibitor at the 3rd ICSM. Please note that booth assignments and symposium time slots assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis. Be sure to get your application in early to get the best booth space/time slot.

Included in the Principal Sponsor Program are the following benefits:

- First choice of available location on exhibition floor (until December 1st, 2008);
- 1,5 hour exclusive symposium time inside the program hours;
- First choice of available time slot of symposium in program (until December 1st, 2008);
- Hospitality Suite for the duration of the exhibition;
- 30 free booth crew registrations;
- 20 free full registration passes;
- 10 tickets for a dedicated company table at the Presidents' Dinner;

SPONSORED SYMPOSIUM (1 hour - 1,5 hour)
Organize your own exclusive -not concurrent- symposium inside the program hours.
- Room rental and set-up;
- Standard audio visual equipment (data projector, screen, laser pointer, PA system incl. microphones);
- Session announcements as separate printed and on-line publication.
Approval of the ICSM Scientific Committee with regard to program and invited faculty of a self-organized symposium is mandatory.
The following programmed time slots for the (satellite) symposia are available:
- Friday July 10th 60 minutes in the afternoon (time: t.b.a.)
- Saturday July 11th 90 minutes after lunch (time: 14:00-15:30 hrs)
- Sunday July 12th 90 minutes before lunch (time: 11:30-13:00 hrs)
- Sunday July 12th 90 minutes after lunch (time: 14:00-15:30 hrs)
- Monday July 13th 60 minutes in the morning (time: t.b.a.)
Please note that major sponsors have a first choice on available time slots for symposia. As from December 1st, 2008, time slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis.

Booths options
Electricity, furniture, plants, flowers and cleaning of the booth are not included in booth space. Options and costs of these items will be announced in the Exhibitor Manual.

Badges are only to be used by company employed booth crew members and cannot be transferred to other persons. All badges are personified.
Optional extra badges
You may order extra exhibitor badges at EUR 250 per booth crew member up to the indicated maximum (see above). More badges than the maximum allowed number of extra badges will be charged at the normal delegate fee. All badges are personified and cannot be transferred.
Exhibitors Manual
The Exhibitor Manual will be sent to you approx. 4 months prior to the congress.
Exhibit Directory
Each exhibiting organization will be listed in the ICSM 2009 Exhibit Directory, including a description of the products and/or services the organization provides. The Exhibit Directory will be distributed to each congress delegate.
