Registration
Registration fees for the ICSM 2009 include the conference proceedings (book “Sexual Medicine” on CD-rom), admission to exhibition, admission to all conference sessions, luncheons, coffee/tea.
All registration fees are in Euro’s and are including the obligatory French 19.6% VAT (tax).
